Refund Policy

Returns due to shipping damage should be minimal as these items are largely unaffected by transit. Returns due to mis-ships will never happen as we triple check all orders prior to shipping.  We sell many items in Bulk or Split packaging, refer to Product Info for more details.  Being "unaware" of these facts will not constitute an acceptable reason for a return.

Please expect that there might be some slight quality variations due to a variety of manufacturing variables. However, if the product simply does not meet your expectations, you may request for a refund. To begin the refund process:

  • * Always retain the original packaging to help facilitate your return
  • * We cannot offer packaging credit allowances
  • * Original shipping postage will not be credited
  • * Return postage is not credited, & you MUST use track-able shipping
  • * Please avoid opening multiple packages of products – you will only be allotted 1 open package per return
  • * There is a 15% re-stocking fee
  • * All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt
  • * We are not responsible for 3rd party listings of product descriptions or images, always refer to the description on the website only
